Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun has partnered with the Town of Gilbert to provide a special Home Safety program possible by a grant from the Town of Gilbert and the HUD Community Development Block Grant program.

 

All services are free to Gilbert residents and Safe@Home Covid-19 Senior Care Bags & Home Safety Kits to income-eligible and verified senior resident homeowners.

 

​All bags will contain the following items:

• Cloth mask for each resident

• Metal water bottle for each resident

• Small pocket flashlight

• Emergency medical and contact information magnet for each resident

• Traction socks for each resident

• Mini first aid kit

• Hand sanitizer

• ​

Additional items available upon request:

• Smoke alarm

• Carbon Monoxide alarm

• Fire extinguisher

• Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)

• Cleaning supplies (bleach tabs, spray sanitizer)

• Laundry detergent

• Spray disinfectant

• Small homeowner tool kit

• Window Air Conditioning Units

• Water Heaters

To receive a supply bag, simply complete the application by clicking HERE and provide proof of household income -- your award determination letter if you receive Social Security or disability or a copy of your bank statement showing your monthly income. Please obscure social security and account numbers. Applications may be returned to:
